| Description |
The aim of the Update of the National Occupational Classification
of Republic of Bulgaria (1996) is to ensure compliance of the names
of occupations and jobs in the practice with the modern structure
and requirements to the jobs and with the organisation of the social-economic
management and its adaptation to the International Standard Classification
of Occupations ISCO-88.

• Rules for use, maintenance and update of the Updated NCO (2005);
• Alphabetic index of occupations.
